Instead of the typical rice, why not try a flavorful stir-fry served atop a delicious noodle cake? While we typically enjoy stir-fry with rice, we decided to mix things up. We created a noodle cake, a delightful round of tender noodles pan-fried to a crispy perfection, which serves as an ideal foundation for a saucy stir-fry. Although we've savored noodle cakes at restaurants, we aimed to replicate them at home. Additionally, we sought to prepare a chicken stir-fry that featured succulent chicken and a vibrant sauce, as dry chicken can ruin the dish. We also wanted to tackle hot and sour soup—a spicy, aromatic broth brimming with pork, tofu, and egg strands. Could we recreate this restaurant favorite at home?
