Episode Overview

Erskine and Rhodes travel to a quaint Oregon town largely inhabited by Asian Americans. They've uncovered information suggesting that a local resident might have been a traitor during World War II, having held the rank of a Japanese officer while still maintaining U.S. citizenship. This individual was also implicated in acts of torture during the war. To track him down, the agents ultimately need to enlist the help of one of the victims who suffered at his hands back then.
