The unexpected arrival of Stagnate, the "God of Undeath," takes the three undead by surprise. Just as he tries to capture Blood and Mary, Gus intervenes, but the dark mist erupting from Stagnate’s chest quickly shatters any sense of relief. Will finds himself powerless as Stagnate, grinning confidently, looks directly at him and declares, “This is all your doing.”
