While in a shadowy part of Chinatown for a meeting with federal agents, Jamie unexpectedly witnesses a crime unfolding before his eyes. As he chases the suspect, the situation escalates and results in the suspect's death. To protect Jamie from an Internal Affairs inquiry, Danny is tasked with uncovering the truth behind the incident and solving the case at hand.
