Episode Overview

After a sniper claims the lives of two drivers in fuel-inefficient vehicles, detectives Danny and Kate are assigned to investigate what the city suspects to be the actions of a radical environmentalist serial killer. Simultaneously, an unfortunate bicycle accident leads to Danny's son, Sean, being hospitalized with a severe injury that puts his life in jeopardy.
