After a mob boss is shot while seated in his vehicle, Danny and Baez rush to extract details from a low-ranking thug discovered bound in the trunk, all before the mob seeks vengeance. Meanwhile, an NYPD officer approaches Frank, requesting a new badge number to commemorate her late father. Frank faces a moral dilemma, as the requested number is the same as that of his late son.
