Episode Overview

Title: The Instrument Plot: David, Kate, and Paula embark on a mission to provide medical care to miners. They discover a worker with fractured ribs, but he refuses to heed David's advice to stop working. The man is also preparing for a boxing match scheduled at the local bar. Upon investigation, David learns that the man is using performance-enhancing drugs. As the mine is set to be detonated, David rushes in to save him, and they narrowly escape just before the explosion occurs.
