Episode Overview

As Ben settles into life with Kate and Maddie, Kate is eager for him to step up and be more responsible, especially when it comes to being ready for any emergencies that might involve Maddie. However, Ben believes that not every situation can be planned for. In the midst of this, Ben's unpredictable ex-girlfriend Louise unexpectedly shows up, creating some tension. Meanwhile, BJ finds herself grappling with genuine feelings for Buddy, the bar owner and her boss.
