Episode Overview
Three senior members of the legacy arrive at the house, presenting a letter that accuses Derek of mismanaging the place. He faces a trial lasting several days, during which Nick and Rachel must provide evidence against him. As the situation becomes increasingly dire for Derek, Rachel visits him in his locked room. He requests a shaving mirror and some sacred knives from the vault. With the mirror, he discovers that one of the three trial members casts no reflection and consistently keeps the blinds shut before entering rooms. Just as the trial nears its conclusion with a likely guilty verdict, Derek delivers a closing speech, expressing his long-held concerns about a growing malignancy within the legacy. He confesses that he orchestrated the allegations against himself to unite everyone.
