Episode Overview
Hathaway provides care for a patient who has suffered a sexual assault. Meanwhile, Walt arrives at the ER with Benton's mother, who has a sprained ankle. Carter expresses his frustration with Benton’s distant demeanor. Mark decides to take a sick day to be with his wife, which thrusts Doug into a chaotic role as acting chief. Div begins to show signs of stress, reacting excessively to minor issues. Additionally, a new desk clerk named 'Bob' joins the ER team.
