As her situation deteriorates, Clemente takes a bold risk with an experimental procedure in a bid to save her. Concurrently, Neela stays up all night honing her presentation for an upcoming surgeon's convention. Ray attends to a patient who insists he has ingested a bottle of pills, while Sam opts to take on a part-time job with Richard to alleviate her childcare expenses.
