Episode Overview

Shep and Raul bravely tackle a large fire, lacking adequate gear, as they strive to rescue both addicts and their children. While Shep emerges relatively unscathed, Raul suffers severe third-degree burns over much of his body, facing a grim prognosis. The emergency room becomes overwhelmed with burn victims in the aftermath. Meanwhile, Chloe makes her return to Chicago, and Doug finds himself disappointed as his father fails to show up for their planned basketball game.
