In the landmark 150th episode of the series, a catastrophic train collision sends ER doctors into a frenzy. Corday, Carter, and Kovac quickly respond to the disaster. However, Corday suffers a fall that injures her back, triggering contractions as she is just 25 weeks into her pregnancy. During a critical moment while performing an amputation on a trapped firefighter, Corday is forced to halt due to the intense pain she experiences.
