Episode Overview

On Valentine's Day, Arnold successfully sets up two dates: one with Ruth, the sixth-grade girl he has a crush on, and another with his French pen pal, Cecile. However, things take a turn when the real Cecile unexpectedly shows up, leading Arnold to uncover Helga's secret disguise.
