Episode Overview

Arnold's hat ends up on the steps of the notorious "Stoop Kid," a bully who has spent his entire life on that stoop and fiercely guards it. However, when Arnold inadvertently turns Stoop Kid into a laughingstock around town, he realizes he has to assist him in confronting his greatest fear: stepping off his stoop for the very first time.
