When Carter Pewterschmidt decides to call off the yearly Christmas carnival in Quahog due to his dislike for the holiday, Peter takes on the challenge of changing his father-in-law from a Grinch into a local legend to save the celebration. At the same time, Stewie hatches an elaborate scheme to secure the one special item he desires for Christmas.
