Peter and Lois, convinced that not vaccinating Stewie will protect him from autism, choose to forgo his vaccinations and try to persuade the entire town of Quahog to do the same. Meanwhile, Stewie, fearing for his health, decides to run away to escape potential illnesses. Just when things seem dire, Sean Penn arrives to the rescue, bringing vaccines for everyone in the community and ensuring their safety.
