Episode Overview

Lois learns that she has a brother named Patrick and decides to take the family on a road trip to meet him. To her surprise, he’s residing in a mental institution. Believing he is perfectly sane, she arranges for him to come live with the Griffins. Meanwhile, Peter launches the Society for the Acceptance of Fat Men. However, panic ensues when fat men in Quahog begin to be murdered one by one, leaving the group in terror. Who could possibly be behind the “Fat Man Strangler”?
