After Mort achieves a flawless bowling game and Quagmire earns a key to the city for his CPR skills, Peter feels a pang of jealousy for lacking any notable accomplishments. In an effort to gain recognition, he decides to break the world record for swallowing the most nickels. However, his plan goes awry when a small error results in him suffering from nickel poisoning, leaving him blind.
