Episode Overview

Peter envisions his loved ones in three iconic stories by Stephen King. In a parody of Stand by Me, twelve-year-old Peter, along with Quagmire, Cleveland, and Joe, embark on a journey along a railroad track, searching for meaning in their lives. In a twist on Misery, Brian suffers a serious car accident and finds himself "saved" by his obsessed fan, Stewie. Meanwhile, in a take on The Shawshank Redemption, Peter and Cleveland form a close bond while serving time in prison together.
