After an extraordinary seven-year pregnancy, Bonnie finally welcomes her lovely daughter, Susie! Stewie instantly becomes smitten with the newborn and is determined to capture her affection, even going so far as to dream of changing her diaper. Meanwhile, Joe finds himself in a tight spot after borrowing $20,000 from a bookie to cover Bonnie's hospital expenses. In a desperate move, he devises a plan to swindle the money from Mr. Pewterschmidt to settle his debt.
