Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd relocate to Quahog, catching the attention of Brian and Stewie, who soon uncover their covert agency. The duo learns that Russian sleeper cells are scattered throughout the United States. When they approach Mayor West for information, they discover that he himself is one of these sleeper agents. Determined to stop a potential disaster, Brian and Stewie trail Mayor West to Russia, where they manage to deactivate a nuclear weapon targeted at the U.S.
