Episode Overview

When two officers become embroiled in a contentious shooting that results in the death of a respected black teenager and injures his cousin, who is involved in drug dealing, Sebastian takes the lead on the investigation. In his quest for the truth, he adopts a confrontational stance with the implicated officers. However, Isaac quickly grows uncomfortable with Stark's methods and begins to voice his concerns about the approach being taken.
