After a three-month hiatus, Leslie and the Parks Department return to face an ongoing budget crisis. In a bid to win back funding, Leslie initially enlists Ann to win over Chris with a date, but when that fails, she opts for a bold move by reviving the Pawnee Harvest Festival. Concurrently, Ben takes the initiative to relaunch the youth basketball league, assigning Ron and Andy to coach the two teams.
