Episode Overview

After a subway train is derailed by a deluge of 60,000 gallons of flood water, a partially decomposed body surfaces from the chaos. Dr. Sweets, who was on the train, struggles with the trauma of the incident, while the rest of the team, along with intern Daisy Wick, begins to investigate the victim, identified as Martin Aragon, a ghostwriter entangled in a lethal love triangle. Concurrently, Brennan celebrates the successful release of her second book, but finds herself dealing with an intrusive reporter. Sweets' brush with death prompts him to make a life-altering choice.
