Raven has a vision of herself locking lips with Ben, the guy Chelsea has a crush on. In an effort to steer clear of him, she ends up having to team up with Ben to save Chelsea's benefit concert, only to discover that he has psychic abilities. Meanwhile, Cory is feeling anxious about making a move on his new girlfriend, Cindy.
