That's So Raven (2003)

Episode Overview

Eddie, Raven's closest friend, finally earns his driver’s license and decides to purchase a car with Raven and Chelsea. However, Raven and Chelsea manipulate a "voting" scheme that gives them the upper hand, even going so far as to paint their new ride bright pink. Frustrated by their control, Eddie takes a solo trip to the countryside. Unfortunately, he gets arrested by Sheriff Jefferson (Tim Reid) on suspicion of being the notorious "Pink Bandit," linked to several local thefts. Seeking help, Eddie turns to Raven, who dons a disguise to aid him. Meanwhile, Stanley markets a cologne to Cory, claiming it will attract girls, but it hilariously draws dogs instead.
