Episode Overview

In this episode, six contestants from Miss USA 2003 battled for a chance to win $50,000, with half going to the winner and the other half to a charity of her choice. For the first challenge, the women were suspended upside-down by their ankles and submerged in water, with the last four to release their weights moving on to the next round. The second challenge required them to jump into a tank filled with fish scales to locate metal canisters, with one containing fermented squid guts that they had to drink. The top three finishers would progress to the final round. The final stunt involved balancing on a tanker truck racing down the highway, with the last woman remaining on top emerging as the victor.
