Episode Overview

Jerry takes on the case of an HIV-positive man accused of attempted murder after he allegedly spat in a police officer's face. He finds himself pitted against the overconfident Mitch Baker, an assistant district attorney. Meanwhile, Bobbi and Richard are representing a 14-year-old suspected of involvement in a murder. On a separate note, Judge Kessler is making plans for a trip to Italy and extends an invitation to Charlie to join him.
