Episode Overview
An ambassador from Suari and his aide conspire to murder the head of security, framing him as a traitor who sabotaged the legation safe and made off with £600,000 for a rebel faction. Columbo begins to suspect foul play, but he faces a significant obstacle in dismantling the ambassador's alibi. When the aide is found dead, the ambassador's defenses are reinforced. Even if Columbo can unravel both alibis, they must navigate the complexities of diplomatic immunity that shield the ambassador from prosecution.
