Episode Overview

Frank Brailie operates a military training organization for aspiring soldiers, under the watchful eye of General Padget, who is confined to a wheelchair. Growing wary of Frank, the General notes a substantial sum being funneled into a Special Projects Fund. He instructs a trusted associate to look into Frank's activities. However, instead of revealing the truth about Frank's dishonest practices, the associate opts to extort him for cash. Frank, realizing the threat, begins to devise a plan to eliminate him before his scheme is exposed.
