Kevin McCloud revisits Devon to follow up on one of the most remarkable construction projects he's seen. Marine Captain Jon White and his wife Becky were content in their quaint cottage until June 2010, when Jon stepped on an improvised explosive device while deployed in Afghanistan, resulting in the loss of both legs and his right arm. Their lives had to be completely reorganized, starting with their living situation. Their architect designed a striking, semi-open plan home with a unique wing-like roof, specifically crafted to accommodate Jon's needs without overt modifications. With the support of various military charities and a skilled construction team, pressure mounted to complete the house, especially after they learned Becky was expecting. Will their new home meet their aspirations for accessibility and comfort as their family grows?
