Dani Oxley, an art teacher in a troubled marriage, begins an affair with her co-worker Jimmy during a school trip to an adventure center. When she sneaks away to the boathouse to be with him, she leaves her students unsupervised. Upon her return, she discovers that one of the students is missing, throwing the trip into chaos.
