Episode Overview

The victim of a brutal murder is revealed to be Lt. Schonke, a former classmate of Harm's from the Academy. However, both Cdr. Krennick and the tough civilian investigator, Agent Turque, are skeptical of Harm's insistence that their bond was purely platonic. When the main suspect in the case turns up dead in what appears to be a questionable suicide, Harm suddenly finds himself at the center of the investigation, labeled the prime suspect in both homicides. The story unfolds across the US Naval Base in Norfolk, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
