Episode Overview

While recovering from a knee injury in the hospital, Harm finds himself in a dire situation when Hamas, a terrorist group, seizes control of the facility. They take an Israeli diplomat, who is in the middle of a heart transplant, hostage, using him as a bargaining chip to demand the release of one of their imprisoned leaders. As the tension escalates, Mac is stuck in the hospital cafeteria, attempting to broker a deal with two of the terrorists.
