Episode Overview
Harm meets with a Russian informant to acquire evidence proving his father was taken to Russia after being shot down in Vietnam. Just as the deal is underway, a KGB agent, Colonel Parlovsky, intervenes, shooting the informant dead before fleeing as FBI agents arrive. They find Harm with the documents and the gun he struggled to take. The FBI aims to charge him with the murder, but Admiral Chegwidden secures Harm's transfer to a military brig for a court-martial, much to the agents' frustration. CIA agent Clayton Webb, aware that Parlovsky is the real culprit, orchestrates Harm's escape, hoping the KGB agent will reach out. Ultimately, Parlovsky contacts Harm, but both manage to elude Webb. Parlovsky reveals that the documents are forgeries and burns them, leaving Harm behind without any intention of helping him clear his name.
