Episode Overview

While on a training mission, Navy SEAL Medal of Honor recipient Lt. Curtis Rivers comes under fire and returns shots, only to realize he has hit a seemingly defenseless 14-year-old boy. As Harm and Mac look into the incident, they uncover that the boy might have been with his uncle, a fugitive on the F.B.I.’s radar. When Rivers goes AWOL to pursue the uncle and is subsequently captured by separatists, Harm and Mac find themselves not only investigating the situation but also defending Lt. Rivers in a court that ignores U.S. laws and government authority.
