Episode Overview

On June 20, 2001, while still on the USS Guadalcanal, Mac is tasked with prosecuting a Major charged with negligent homicide, as appointed by the ship's Captain. To her surprise and frustration, Harm shows up to defend the Major and also aims to resolve some unresolved issues between them. As they delve into the case involving a drowning during a perilous nighttime drill, their personal matters take a backseat. Meanwhile, Admiral Chegwidden is preoccupied with his teenage goddaughter, who has gone missing from home.
