Episode Overview

Aboard the USS Coral Sea, Harm and Admiral Boone are waiting for a transport plane to return to Washington, D.C. Harm was there to assess the new Atlantic Fleet JAG structure, while Admiral Boone was making a formal presentation to the carrier's CAG. Recently reassigned after SecNav Nelson’s departure, Boone informs Harm that he is officially retiring. As they prepare to board, the CAG compliments Boone on his presentation, but when Harm extends his hand for a farewell, the CAG brushes him off, leaving Harm puzzled about the CAG's apparent disdain. They step out onto the flight deck just in time to see their plane approaching, but the landing is aborted when the tailhook fails, causing it to land on the deck.
