Episode Overview
In 1917, three young shepherd children in the small town of Fatima, Portugal, assert that they have been chosen to convey divine messages. They claim to have been visited by the Virgin Mary, who reveals to them three unsettling visions filled with death and destruction, but they are instructed not to disclose the full details. Tragically, two of the children die within three years, while the surviving child, Lucia, confides the three "secrets" to the Vatican. The church is torn over the validity of her accounts. Lucia’s first vision depicts souls suffering in hell, while the second predicts World War II and warns of Communism’s threats. The third secret remains closely guarded by the Vatican until 2000, unveiling a vision of an angel with a flaming sword igniting the world. Is this all there is, or does the Vatican conceal a more disturbing truth?
