When Joanie insists that she spotted Paul McCartney at the hospital during a visit to a friend, Chachi and Annette decide to check it out for themselves and discover a man who looks strikingly similar to the famous musician. At the same time, Al receives a promotion to "Savage" at the Leopard Lodge, but Louisa is reluctant to attend the ceremony.
