Meanwhile, Ace Hart participates in the Fido Olympics, where he investigates the puzzling vanishing of the athletes and finds himself facing off against Bugsy Vile! Mr. Moggie also gets in on the action, reliving the classic story of "The Tortoise and the Hare."
