In the aftermath of World War II, Pinky embarks on a quest to find the Brain in Vienna. However, he misinterprets the locals’ attempts to inform him that the Brain has passed away, leading him into a whirlwind of humorous and chaotic situations. Each encounter only adds to the confusion, as Pinky’s innocent misunderstandings propel him into a series of comical escapades throughout the city.
