When Pete and Jill end up in a tie for the base marksmanship trophy, they decide to engage in a series of extra contests to determine a winner. At the same time, Randy struggles as the lone member of his troop to flunk the marksmanship exam. To help his brother prepare for a retest, Derrick steps in with some unconventional training techniques.
