Episode Overview

Eddie puts Wally's name forward for class president, but at first, Wally shows little enthusiasm for the role. However, after some motivation from Ward, Wally starts to take the election seriously. As he becomes more involved, his friends begin to notice a shift in his behavior, which ultimately leads them to decide against voting for him.
