Eddie has been dating Cindy Andrews, who plans to surprise him with a birthday gift by knitting him a sweater. To get the sizing right, she uses Wally as her model. However, Wally's frequent visits to Cindy's house start to raise eyebrows among Julie, Eddie, Lumpy, Beaver, and their parents, who begin to wonder what’s really going on.
