Norb embarks on a mission to save Dag, who is imprisoned at the dam by a trio of melodious river rats. Determined to outsmart these charming yet mischievous creatures, Norb navigates the challenges of the dam, using his wits to devise a plan for Dag’s escape. Along the way, he discovers the rats' surprising talents and confronts his own fears, all while racing against time to bring his friend back to safety.
