Episode Overview

As Tsurumi hunts for the body of a tattooed inmate that has gone missing from its grave, he crosses paths with Edogai Yasaku, a taxidermist known for crafting garments from human skin. Tsurumi flatters Edogai about his artistry, winning his favor and commissioning him to produce imitation tattooed skins to mislead rival treasure hunters. Meanwhile, in Asirpa's village, a healed Tanigaki reassures Huci that he will ensure Asirpa's safe return. He sets off with Inkarmat, oblivious to the fact that she is secretly allied with Tsurumi.
