Episode Overview
The blue-eyed man reveals himself as Wilk after recognizing Asirpa’s makiri[b], stating he will share the gold's location only with her. He confides in Sugimoto that he intended to groom Asirpa as the Ainu's guerrilla leader and insists he didn't murder the Ainu for the treasure. Suddenly, Ogata shoots both Sugimoto and Wilk, killing Wilk instantly. Tanigaki manages to pull them to safety, only to discover Inkarmat has been stabbed; she warns him of Kiroranke's betrayal. Meanwhile, Shiraishi escapes with Asirpa, soon joined by Kiroranke and Ogata, who informs them of Wilk and Sugimoto's demise. Sugimoto later wakes up, bandaged and disoriented, while Inkarmat recovers under Tsurumi's watch. Believing Kiroranke is taking Asirpa to his allies in Karafuto, Tsurumi sends Tsukishima and Koito to help
