Episode Overview

Paul Gatsby, the mastermind behind the Dummi Bears, is set to have dinner at the Carmichael residence. Susie believes that whenever Paul meets with her dad, Randy, the head writer for the Dummi Bears, he ends up gifting them a new house. Concerned about this pattern, she and the rest of the Rugrats hatch a plan to disrupt the dinner, hoping to annoy Paul enough that he won't follow through with the Carmichaels' next move.
